Banking and enterprises are the two important microeconomic entities in the social economic environment.With the deep development of our marketing economic and innovation,the relationship between enterprise and bank is changing from bank-dominant bank-enterprise to market-dominant bank-enterprise.More and more institute involve in the bank transaction and more and more electronic skills are used.The Intermediary Business between them is broaden and developed fast,which is a new point for bank to get more interest.This article,based on the market-dominant bank-enterprise relation, tries to research how to optimize the Intermediary Business between bank & enterprise.It is aimed at building a win-win cooperation mode for enterprise and bank.The research based on the intermediary business mode between Gemalto & SCB.Taking some of the business for example,such as the payment of salary,welfare and insurance,opening accounts and so on.Through analysis based on these businesses,this article tried to find the problem and reason in the present intermediary business cooperation mode between Gemalto and SCB.And finally,it hopes to find some methods and give suggestions to optimize the mode,strengthen the cooperation between Gemalto and SCB.Through optimized the flow in the mode chart and gave more flexible cooperate way in the intermediary business,it makes the cooperation of enterprise and bank become easier,also,they can get the information of each other conveniently and in time.They can keep smooth contacts with each other. In the end of the paper,according to the study suggestions and some deficiencies of the study,the author pointed out the areas for further research and hoped to test the optimization actions in the real work..
