With the continuous improvement of people's living standard,wedding photography also has been more concerned by the marring people.But on how to treat service,service quality and business long-term development,wedding photography has an obvious shortage.Complaints on service quality have occurred frequently. Wedding photography service is the integrated service seened and feeled by customers eventually.As a high degree of contact with customers, the ultimate level of service quality is decided by the customers perception.This paper focus on service quality of Wedding photography,from the customers perception,to study service quality management of Wedding photography studio.This paper uses the combining methods of theory and case study,qualitative and quantitative study.On the basis of deply analizing the problems and reasons of service quality management of wedding photograghy,this paper constructs the service quality management system of Wedding-photography studio perceived by customers ,and startes three main components of the system that is the model of service quality of Wedding photography studio perceived by customers,the evaluation system of service quality and the supervision system of service quality. In response to the issue of the low overall level of service quality and the issue of the large dispartities between customers'expectation with the actual value,this paper presents improved suggestions.That is ,establishing the concept of service quality perceived by customers,strengthening the management of service personnel,strengthening the communication management with the external relations,improving service quality supervision system and the service remedies of wedding photography.Finally,choicing Xiaojiang wedding photography studio of Shaihai as an example,from the perspective of business management practice,this paper explorse further the improving ways of service quality management of wedding photography , which has some practical and guiding significances.
