The wedding photography industry was established in 1992 and developed rapidly.Based on ABC wedding photography company as the research background,the purpose is to develop and implement the strategy of enterprise market positioning and marketing strategy,improve the overall competitive power,effectively cope with the fierce market competition.At present,the wedding photography industry has entered the mature stage.According to supply and demand,the market tends to be saturated,and there is a great deal of room for consumers to choose.Many businesses start price war,competing offers,operating cost is high,resulting in market growth in recent years and sales profit margins have been reduced,the wedding photography industry downturn.The Internet and the wedding photography industry have been deeply integrated,forcing traditional wedding photography companies to change their management concepts and methods,and constantly improve their service ability and level.As people living standard unceasing enhancement,the steady growth of household disposable income,people pursue of brand and taste,personalized consumption grows,the homogeneity of products and services have not adapted to the demand of modern market.ABC wedding photography company needs to establish a differentiated brand image,establish a good customer relationship,break the development bottleneck,and gain market position and market share.Based on the theory and research methods of marketing,this paper firstly analyzes the present situation of the wedding photography industry,the macro environment and the environment of competition.Analysis consumers' views and requirements,the advantages and disadvantages of the company,the opportunities and threats in market competition are comprehensively evaluated,and the target market and market positioning are determined.According to the resources and capabilities of the company,integrated use of 4 p marketing strategy,service marketing strategy,customer relationship management and other marketing theory,proposed enterprise marketing strategy and safeguard measures.The conclusion can provide some reference for the development of other enterprises in the wedding photography industry.
