As the entrepreneurship has made great contributions to Chinese economic growth and innovative country building, it has have grown to be a highly prior research field in recent years. Industrial clusters may influence national and regional growth on many aspects, especially on the innovation and competition of the industrial clusters. It has becoming one most active region on entrepreneurship activities. New ventures could obtain their competitive advantages and fetch up the resources and abilities through the environment of industrial cluster, which could generate outside economical effect, learning and innovation effect and regional brand effect.The study aims to explore some effective factors that influent early growth stage of new ventures. Basing on the industrial clusters theory, we summarize three key factors, which are common reputation, exchange and combination of resources, and participation of the local auxiliary facilities. Meanwhile we introduce social network on enterprise prospect and policy factor on macroscopically environment prospect to build up the effective factor model. We adopt a case study of Yang Jiang Knife-Scissor industry cluster, and find that common reputation, specialization and cooperation in exchange and combination of resources, labour market and supplier support system in the local auxiliary facilities have the promoting effect on early growth stage of Yang Jiang knife-scissor new ventures. We also find that enterprise social network and policy factor have the effect on those new ventures'early growth. In the end, the author explained the study results according with the characteristics of Yangjiang Knife-Scissor industry cluster and made recommendations to the enterprises and the policy.
