The Research On Chinese Residents' Consumption Payout Structure During 1978-2005

Since the reformation and opening, Chinese economic is on the rising. The lives of residents in terms of substance and culture become ampler, but at the same time, the gap of the consumption payout structure from the different consumption groups becoming greater too.In this thesis, the object is the consumption payout structure of the residents; the main method of study is analyzing and comparing the data on pictures and tables. On the other hand, the task of study is the developing trend of the consumption payout structure of the residents after the reformation and opening, the question existing in upgrading and the advancing policy for the government. It has six chapters in all, as following:The first chapter, the importance of optimizing of the consumption payout structure of the residents on promoting the development of harmonious society and evolving the economy and science in my country; the review to study result about the consumption payout structure of the residents; and the introduction of the study method, the structure and the main text of chapters.From second to sixth chapter, firstly, the temporal and comparative analysis on average consumption payout structure of the residents from the city and rural area, in different province and in different level of income; then, the integrative analysis of the consumption payout structure of the residents in all country. From foregoing analysis, this thesis sums up that the consumption payout structure of the residents becoming more and more high-leveled as a whole in ours country, and forecasts the development of consumption payout structure in the future, namely, the consumption payout proportion in surviving substance is declining slowly, the consumption payout proportion of enjoy and progress substance is up-grading straightly; and finds five main questions that baffled the up-grading of the consumption payout structure of the residents:( 1, the consumption payout proportion of substance is partially high, the consumption payout proportion of development is partially low; 2, the consumption ratio of residents is partially low; 3, the gap of the consumption payout structure is becoming wider; 4, irrational consumption is still severe; 5, the trend of consumption setting is getting worse.), thus, offers some countermeasure for the government.
