Research On Supporting Mechanism Of Promoting Residents' Consumption

After the 2008 financial crisis in the United States,the process of economic globalization has shown new characteristics of slowing down,content change,patterns differentiation and rules reconstruction.Trade protectionism,unilateralism,extremism and populism are on the rise in many countries.Global economic development is slow.Economic globalization has entered a period of adjustment.At the same time,some new features have emerged.In recent years,facing the complex and severe situation at home and abroad,the overall economic operation is stable,and the main indicators remain in a reasonable range.From the recently published data,it shows that China's economic development has a certain degree of resilience.From Figure 1-1,it is not difficult to see that China's GDP has shown an upward trend from 2014 to 2018,but its growth rate has shown a downward trend.Faced with complex domestic and foreign factors,there are many views in all circles on how to break through the encirclement of China's economy.All circles have basically reached consensus on boosting domestic consumption and building a domestic demand-driven economy.On September 20,2018,the State Council of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China issued Several Opinions on Improving the System and Mechanism of Promoting Consumption to Stimulate the Consumption Potential of Residents.It clearly stated:"Consumption is the ultimate demand,the ultimate purpose and motive of production,and also the direct embodiment of the people's need for a better life.We should speed up the improvement of consumption system and mechanism,and enhance the basic role of consumption in economic development.”In view of the new challenges facing China's economic development at present,we must strengthen the sense of suffering,seize the main problems and take the initiative to turn the crisis into an opportunity.On the basis of previous studies and the reality of China's economic and social development,this paper attempts to explore ways and Countermeasures to improve the level of urban and rural residents' consumption expenditure from the perspective of the mechanism that affects the level and willingness of urban and rural residents to consume.The conclusions of this study make up for the deficiencies of domestic research on improving and promoting the consumption mechanism of residents,promote the improvement and promotion of consumption system and mechanism,further stimulate the consumption potential of residents,and enrich the effective demand theory.According to the reality of economic and social development in the new era and the people's livelihood issues that are highly concerned by the general public,this paper clarifies the problem of restraining our consumption will from a new perspective,and provides an important theoretical supplement to the reform and innovation of the system and mechanism of promoting people's consumption potential in the new era.In addition,this study expands the depth and breadth of the study on improving and promoting the consumption mechanism of residents.Under the background of economic globalization,the continuous improvement of the per capita disposable income level,the widening income gap and the upgrading of consumption,this paper considers all kinds of constraints,and uses the econometric model to study the impact mechanism,expanding the depth and breadth of the research on effective demand theory.Then,it is helpful to promote the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.Through the guidance of scientific and systematic ideological system,the combination and innovation of policy tools and self-consistent logical system,we can solve the contradictions faced,relieve or mitigate risks,provide strong theoretical and practical support for boosting domestic demand,transform consumption potential into the driving force of growth,and realize the continuous improvement of people's well-being.Thus we can achieve a higher level of modernization with the national governance system and governance capacity of the systematic,holistic and coordinated development,which helps to promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.Once more,it provides decision-making reference for improving and promoting the consumption mechanism of residents.Promoting domestic demand and consumption is the main support of economic growth.The conclusion of the study has certain reference significance for decision-making.
