As socialist market economy system has been established in China, real estate industry has a very important status and function in the national economy. Real estate investment has been the foundation of development of the real estate market, as economic behavior of supporting real estate industrial operation, it has directly affected the development result of real estate industry and then has influenced on the development of macro-economy. For a long time, the scale and development speed of real estate investment are clearly different among the east, the middle and the west. The real estate investment has mainly concentrated in the east so that real estate investment overheating happens in this region and even investment foam appears in some cities of it, but this is disadvantaged to its economy development. While the real estate investment of the middle and the west isn't usually enough and this has seriously obstructed their economy development. Therefore, how to study the regional difference of the real estate investment in our country, how to inquire into its development regulation in the space structure, and how to promote harmonious development between the real estate investment and region economy, these have become problems, to which government and the scholars in theory fields have paid much attention now. This text tries to use real estate investment for research object, in combination with theories related to regional economy, to investigate and analyze the regional difference of the real estate investment in our country, thus to summarize its developing circulation regulation, and to analyze what cause Chinese real estate investment to form these space structure features, and then to know the real estate market more thoroughly. On the basis of the above, to analyze coordination and existent problems between the real estate investment and regional economy development in the western, middle and eastern districts of China, and then to conclude its bad influence on regional economic development, finally to put forward suggestions to promoting coordinative development between the real estate investment and regional economy .
