Analysis On Regional Differences Of Real Estate Economy Development In Guangdong Province

In view of the fixity of real estate, the researches on which refer to the regional differences of real estate economy are extensive. In the past, most scholars concentrated on the whole country while studied the regional differences of real estate economy. Few people systematically studied the regional differences of the inside of a province. In fact, the regional differences basing on the inside of a province are obvious. So, this paper will analyze the regional differences of the real estate economic in Guangdong province, in order to supply some theory basis and policy suggestions to the development of real estate economy.This paper will base on the regional difference theory and location theory, and use related analysis and returned analysis as analytical tool. We will take the price of real estate as the index to measure the development of the real estate economy in Guangdong province. We will set an model with the help of the SPSS software, in order to analyze the reason and the situation of the regional differences of real estate economy in Guangdong province. We get the following conclusions. The regional differences of the real estate economy in Guangdong province are obvious and the distance between different regions will be extended. According to the situation of the real estate economy, we can divide the whole Guangdong province into seven zones. The real estate economic development is influenced by many factors, but different cities have different key factors. The harmonious development is our goal while we deal with the problems related to the regional differences of real estate economy in Guangdong province. After analysis, we give some suggestions to promote the harmonious development of the real estate economy in Guangdong province.
