As the coming of information era, technology based enterprises have developed quickly. Along with it, many problems arised, such as the drastic competition for the talent people, the high rate flow of employee. The reseach on the employee satisfaction can deeply find out the factors influent the technology based enterprise's workers' satisfaction, then give constructive suggestions for the managers.The research of the employee's satisfaction degree has been nearly 70 years, but it has not caused the local scholar and entrepreneurs' recognition until recent years, and the fulfillment and localization in this field was still deficiency, and didn't fit for high technology companies.The research work of this thesis primarily includes four parts: cu ltural heritage reviewed; conferred on the factors influent the technology enterprise's workers' satisfaction; The investigation and data animalize of the questionnaire; Then is the conclusions and suggestions based on the research.This paper was written based on the survey; found out the key factors that influent the technology enterprise workers' satisfaction as below: the rewards of substance, enterprise culture, development, working environment, working relationship and rewards of mental. So it can be seen that the high-tech workers value the mental rewards, development and future more than others. From all the information, the model of satisfaction management can be constructed, and suggestions based on the research can be given.The conclusions of this paper can be listed as below: the fix of factors influent technology based enterprise's employee satisfaction, the construction of worker's satisfaction management model, and te suggestions for the management.
