Modern enterprise management theory suggests that corporate employees asinternal customers, employee’s satisfied, and the customer will be satisfied,employee satisfaction is high, it can bring high customer satisfaction and bring inhuge profits for the enterprise, so analysis and evaluation employee satisfactionfactors, is the focus of the current practice and theory of attention.By the arrival of technology in the information age, the rapid development ofscience and technology enterprises in the same time, it also brings a series ofproblems, such as intense competition for talent and higher staff turnover. Factorsaffecting employee satisfaction research for the Science and technology enterprises,enables managers and improve self-summary,so as to attract more talent, to someextent, reduce the loss of talent, enhance their competitive advantage, it has a vitalsignificance for business development. In the international academic research onemployee satisfaction has been nearly70years of history, has established a relativelycomplete satisfaction model, but in recent years this study was caused by domesticscholars and entrepreneurs attention, practice and research in this field is still acertain lack of localization, and therefore can not apply specifically to the field ofscience and technology enterprises.Satisfaction traditional case studies mainly on individual companies todescriptive statistics, the lack of further excavation of test reliability and validity ofthe questionnaire results, and mainly on factor analysis or evaluation, lack ofattention to affect the relationship between the company and the enterprise stage ofdevelopment internal changes. Therefore, this paper chose the Xinjiang region, arepresentative of the science and technology enterprises, according to the employeesatisfaction actual survey data to analyze from the questionnaires, to discussed theenterprise, mainly using analysis of variance and cluster analysis of the enterpriseEmployee satisfaction and rating factors were extracted and compared in order toexplore the influencing factors of employee satisfaction, and based on this toevaluated, and science and technology enterprises in Xinjiang derived from theabove recommendations in terms of improving employee satisfaction. The studyfound that factors that influence employee satisfaction and technology enterprisesincreasingly inclined to spiritual identity and achievement, staff is more interested inobtaining access to personal achievement and recognition of the organization;science and technology enterprises in the summary of the satisfactionproblems,analysis satisfaction problems’ reason and draw the relevant managementmeasures and suggestions on its basis. The results also showed that the combinedmeasure of satisfaction, it depends not only on individual factors, the cross-actionbetween the factors is also very obvious. In this study, in-depth analysis of employeesatisfaction, employee satisfaction issues pointed out the path for the othercompanies present in human resource management.
