Research On China's Market-Oriented Finance Of Urban Infrastructure Construction

China has entered the period of high-speed Urbanization. Since 1949, China's investment in urban infrastructure is in a long-term shortfall and serious historical debt. In long-term highly centralized planned economy system, China's urban construction only has the single government investment channels, and urban infrastructure lack of financial resources and inefficiency. Increasing the investment of urban infrastructure, innovating financing approach and establishing the modern urban infrastructure financing mechanism, have an important realistic significance to China's economic and social development.This paper uses qualitative and quantitative methods to study China's urban infrastructure financing, in the following several aspects of market were studied. Discussion focused on the following aspects.In the part of theoretical research, the paper reviews the concept of infrastructure, urban infrastructure construction theory, the theory of financing and government investment theory, studies urban infrastructure construction market-oriented model. Firstly, this part compares of the advantages and disadvantages of the infrastructure provided by the Government to provide and market. Secondly, this part discusses the urban infrastructure of the development of the international market background, economic attributes exposition, and proposes urban infrastructure construction market-oriented model. Finally, infrastructure construction market-oriented system construction has been studied.In the part of applied Research, developed with the financing of urban infrastructure experience, the current international common market several infrastructure construction financing methods and, in conjunction with China's specific policies, and laws and regulations on the construction of urban infrastructure facilities feasibility study were analyzed.As a developing country, China's urban infrastructure construction market has its unique characteristics.With analysis of China's urban infrastructure construction, we can now put forward the infrastructure construction which can be implemented in modern China, and put forward the innovative "urban infrastructure specialized banks - Urban Construction Investment Company (the official)" building mode. And with the reform of China's investment system, the method of putting the infrastructure investment company as a platform for investment will become more and more recognized by the community.
