In recent years, Business of China Mobile has grown tremendously and the scope of BOSS has extended continuously. At the same time, the ability of supporting, operating and maintenance should be raised continuously while the competitions and customers' quest to high quality services grow rigorously. On the one hand, the centralized BOSS has been providing a great guarantee. On the other hand, the centralized core data of the enterprise stored in BOSS, such as the operating data and customer information, thus has brought great challenge to the operating of the enterprise. Especially in the year of 2005, after the Channel Control Strategy was raised, the company has invested greatly in the channels of the customer contact. China Mobile now provides various kinds of service modes, such as self-transaction receipt, substitute transaction receipt, co-transaction receipt, website receipt, SMS receipt etc. The number of entitative receipt has grown from less than 2000 to more than 12000, and all these receipts have brought great convenience to our customers. Thus, internal network and the Internet come into connection step by step. While faced with so many connection points and connection modes, the questions need to be solved mostly are the effective supervision and management to evade both the internal and external safety risk. The safety of the enterprise's business operating and supporting network is faced with a severe challenge.Safety is a system level project. Firstly, this article analyzed the necessity to the implementation of safety system. Fishbone diagram was used to list the threaten. Using PDCA method, this article started from the study of the current status of the system safety, and then make the safety plan and implement it, extracting information from the feedback and the implementation effect. With the circulation the method, the technical reinforcement was fulfilled. Renovation measures on safety management are analyzed, including the adjustment of the organization of the business supporting system department, the addition of internal safety responsibility of the department, the division of the safety responsibility among the professional sections of the department, implementation of the measures upon safety management. Through the study and analysis, the importance of the implementation of the safety system becomes clearer. And this article finds out the questions still on the operating and management of the BOSS'S safety system, and also the good ideas still to be done in the future.
