Major client can bring direct considerable economic benefits for the enterprises. And the behavior of major clients will act as a model and create imitation effect in the society. In order to develop sustainably and steadily in a telecommunication market of sharper and sharper competition, the enterprises must accustom themselves to the changes of the market and raise major clients to a position which concerns the survival and growth of the enterprises.In this article, the author introduces the current major clients' marketing situation of Zhoukou branch of CNC, its position in the industry and such situations as its staff salary and major clients' income ect. with regard to the practical situation the author encountered in his own work. And the author also describes the fierce competition, the difficulties in staff assessment and the weak support from the background in the current major clients' service and marketing. The author applies the theory of management and service marketing to analyze the macro and competitive environment that Zhoukou branch of CNC is facing in major clients' service and points out the weak points in its current marketing strategy. And the SWOT method is used to analyze the strong and weak points, opportunities and threat existing in Zhoukou branch's marketing activities. With the above, the author has tried to find the solution of the problems appearing in major clients' service and marketing and presented Zhoukou branch of CNC with some practical suggestions for the better development of major clients' service in the increasingly competitive market.
