Study On China Internet Goverance Mechanism

China internet has developed rapidly when linking to international internet in 1994, the number of netizen is 210 million in 2007. However, many problems go along with the internet, spam, cyber crime, unlawful content, intellectual property protection and so on. China internet can't develop well if we don't solve them well. Government adopts measures too, but the result is not remarkable, some issues even become more serious. In fact, it is not an effective method to the problems from only one aspect. China internet is big but not strong, we need innovation on the way to strong.This paper begins with China internet history, analyzes the problems and divides internet governance process of China into three stages. On the research of related theories roundly, The paper builds the framework of governance mechanism, including four related parts, principles, main bodies, objects, measures, then discusses China internet governance from those four parts and provides the experiences of developed countries. Finally the paper gives appropriate suggestions.
