Study Of Feasibility Of Building IPTV System In Inner Mongolia CNC

This thesis discussed the feasibility of building IPTV system in inner Mongolia, by using several management theories. Building IPTV needs think of many essential factors, such as high input, high risk, high repay etc. If you succeed at end, you can get high output from it. IPTV research need to conjoint with industrialization of TV, telecommunication , SP/CP, so it's difficult and challenging certainly. It's meaning for making full use of advantages and enhancing core competences to research Feasibility of IPTV building. This research discussed competitive environment of inner Mongolia, analyzed it by using such methods of 5W2H analysis, system analysis and Portfolio analysis. Aiming at the characters of research, this research put forward three strategic projects. The first project is to explain the reason of building IPTV system . The second project is to cooperate with feasibility of technology. The third project is to utilize venture capital to building IPTV system . After evaluating the three projects by suitability, feasibility and acceptability, analyzing the projects with Analytic hierarchy process, the second project was confirmed the optimum.
