Development Strategy Of CNC Machine Tool Industry BMEI

This thesis is to study the development strategy of CNC machine tool industry of BMEI on the following aspects by using management principles. Due to the advance of manufacturing technique, the strange of market demand, the change of competition environment and the strategic adjustment of share-holding company, the current development strategy of CNC machine tool industry of BMEI can not be suitable for its future development, therefore we need to modify and adjust the current strategy. Combined with the present situation and development strategy, we analyze the competition environment of CNC machine tool industry, confirm the core competitive advantage and the key factor of competition, adjust the development strategy by the PEST analytical method, SWOT analytical method and competition analytical model. Meanwhile, we bring forward the development strategy of all the administration functional levels and redesign the organizational structure in order to put the development strategy of CNC machine into the effective operation.
