With the rapid development of Socio-economic, voice service needs tend to be saturated and communication demands move towards multimedia, mobile and personalized.At the moment, because of the increasing competition in the telecommunications market, the profit in voice service is becoming less.Fixed and mobile network operators are all faced with this dilemma. As a strategic transformation product, the experience and deficiency in the process of research and development about this project may not only be the basis for other strategic transformation products, but also provide good experience for other operators to learn from. Thus the research on FASCINATION is of great significance. With analysis of some practical applications, the paper pointed out the advantages of this project by studying hardware and software network design and security scheme.
