The operation & maintenance management is the foundation and the guarantee of customer service management and the marketing management, and it is also a long-term work of a telecom operator. Along with the strategic transformation of the corporation, the network operation and maintenance management mode should take unceasing adjustment, from the work behavior which sticks to old ways transforms into the creative development work, from the attention user quantity to the attention enterprise benefit, becoming the initiative work from the passive work, from facing the equipment, facing the network to facing the market, facing the service.This paper analyzed the influence of telecom operator's strategy upon network operation and maintenance management, and presented the demands to network operation and maintenance management when the telecom operator turns its strategy to integrated information service: the traditional network operation and maintenance management mode must change to a new mode that is suitable for integrated information service.This paper analyzed the internal and external environment of telecom operators, with the situation of the network operation and maintenance in GuangXi Telecom, located the existing problem of the current network operation and maintenance management, then presented an objective mode of GuangXi Telecom's network operation and maintenance management which is suitable for the integrated information service.At the last, this paper drew a plan for network operation and maintenance management mode, including the organizational structure, work flows, operation supporting systems, and corporate culture, etc. |
