We try to use managing knowledge to research existing issues and causes of current motivate schedule for "A" company and, to find out solution. As a huge state-owned company, "A" company is having critical issue of how to build effective motivating plan for internal sales team. Due to short of effective motivation, employee's enthusiasms are reduced lots at different period with different degrees. The article attempt to use equity-theory of J. S. Adams as basic theory, to discover why an unfair phenomenon is exiting in motivation design schedule of state-owned company; and also try to find out how to avoid the same situation happen again. Writer is going to provide a realistic solution for "A" company. Equity-theory of Adams is a theory of researching human being motivation and aesthesia relationship. The article will use sale team as a major object; combine question-answer survey, personal interview with reality, which happen in enterprise to research how to apply Equity-theory of Adams in real environment; then provide a realistic solution for "A" company.
