Study On The Culture Development Of Medium-Small Enterprises On The Angle Of View Of Evolution

The concept of corporate culture, since it rise in the 1980s in Western business circles, caused a vogue of corporate culture introducing. Corporate culture theory as the most advanced management theory, supplement each other with strategic management, and it is widely practiced by West business circles. Many studies show that the corporate culture within the enterprise must be suited to the external environment can best contribute to business performance. Therefore, this paper study on the evolution of corporate culture in the curse of the middle and little corporation's pullulation on the basis of the development of the model of the middle and little corporation's progress. In this paper, the study concluded that the effective mechanism of applying the corporate culture is to effectively strengthen and change it. And this paper discusses the techniques of corporate culture strengthening and changing in the chapters of corporate culture selection and case.
