With the development of economic globalization, transnational corporations' status is more and more important in world economics development. The research on transnational corporations becomes the focus of attention from learners and theorists. Especially in the age of knowledge-economy, with the rapid development of today's science and technology, the life cycle of the products becomes shorter, and the global resources shortage becomes more serious, which result in that success of transnational corporations is not only due to the temporary preponderance in product or technology. The corporate culture gradually becomes the driving source for continually development competitiveness, because of its rich connotations, scientific management thoughts, and flexible management measures. Cultivating the competitiveness of transnational corporations directly affect its living and development. So it is very important to deeply research competitiveness from the view of corporate culture, especially for the Chinese transnational corporations which are still at its early stage of development.The thesis analyzed the configuration and character of corporate competitiveness and culture based on the theory of corporate culture, multinational management and corporate competitiveness, analyzed the system of corporate culture and competitiveness, and indicated that the culture is the key factors which effect the persistence development of corporations. Then combined with the actuality, studied the competitiveness based on corporate culture, pointed out that it was important to form the idea: concentrate on the core operation, dynamic study and people-oriented idea through corporate culture development. At the same time, expatiated the identification method of competitiveness, had research on transnational corporations' competitiveness cultivation and rebuilding based on corporate culture conformity, built up the evaluation index system and theory model. At last based on the above research, combined with the practice of domestic transnational corporations, gave some advice on enhancing their competitiveness.
