Recently, small and medium-sized corporations in our country are confronted with an important task, i.e., how to develop continuously, rapidly and healthily under the intense competitive circumstances. The study on corporate cultural strategies of small and medium-sized corporations has a great significance of improving the ability to anti-risk and continuous development. First, the thesis analyzes the corporate strategies, the basic concept of corporate culture strategy, the relation between corporate culture and corporate strategy, and the basic characteristics of corporate cultural strategy; expounds the great significance of implementing corporate cultural strategies for the long-term and efficient development of small and medium-sized corporations. Second, the thesis analyzes the present conditions of cultural construction of small and medium-sized corporations in our country, and expounds in detail the main experience acquired by the cultural construction of small and medium-sized corporations in our country, the existing main problem and the corresponding important enlightenments. Third, the thesis emphasizes the major task and scientific cultural strategies of small and medium-sized corporations, by analyzing the basic concept and the basic characteristics of corporate culture strategy objective, and their relation to the corporate strategic objectively. Finally, the thesis analyzes the basic condition and the basic act of implementing cultural strategies of small and medium-sized corporations and the evaluation of implementary effect. Furthermore, the thesis predicts the developing prospect of implementing cultural strategies of small and medium-sized corporations in our country.
