The Evaluation Research Of JiangXi Regional Competitiveness Under The View Of Scientific Outlook On Development

After human being entering 21 century, the tidal wave of globalization sweeps every corner of the world. After entering the WTO, China improves very quickly all most in every area, like economic development, GDP, import & export, foreign exchange storage, employment and so on. However, with the quickly developing of economy, many bad issues occur also very quickly, like environment pollution, inflation, the increasing income difference, and the unbalance development between regions, urban and rural.Based on the lessons from home and abroad, in the Third Session of the sixteenth Central Committee of the Party, "insisting passion human oriented, building up all round, harmonization, and sustainable development" was pointed out clearly. After that, on October 15, 2007, in the 17th CPC National Congress, "ecologic civilization" was also pointed out. On March of 2008, premier Wen-jiabao emphasized the importance of "Scientific Outlook on Development".As for Jiangxi, that a province located in center region of China, the situation is not so good. Because our brother provinces develop more better than Jiangxi. However, when we use scientific outlook to review their development, we can find that Jiangxi has many advantages, especially in the environment and nature resource. Now, for Jiangxi, there exist both opportunities and challenges. That's the time for Jiangxi to take the opportunities, and face the challenges to catch up with other provinces in center region.This paper will put Jiangxi in the center region to research and evaluate its regional competitiveness, adopt SPSS software to calculate the specific scores of Jiangxi's competitiveness, to find a proper way to develop Jiangxi. At finally, put forward relative policies for Jiangxi.
