The Research On Regional Economic Evaluation Of Hebei Province Based On Scientific Outlook On Development

The advent of scientific outlook on development takes the changes on development history, enriches the content of sustainable development, add up the deficiency of sustainable development. It expands and improves the connotation of development theory, and is a breakthrough. As have grasped the essence and connotation of the new theory and thanks to the research of scholars in sustainable development, this thesis evaluates the regional economic development in hebei province based on scientific outlook on development.First of all, this thesis reviews the economic evaluation meaning based on scientific outlook on development, the status of sustainable development in china and other countries, and the status of scientific outlook on development in china in recent years, which gives the whole background of theories and methods of this paper. It compartmentalizes the system of regional economic evaluation into six criterion strata such as the per capita occupancy of economic achievement, economic operation efficiency, economic operation quality, the speed of economic development, economic structures and sustainable development. This paper screens indicators based the multiple portfolio analysis that include qualitative analysis, partial correlation analysis and coefficient of variation analysis. And the economic development evaluation system that reflects the requirements of scientific outlook on development in hebei province is established.Secondary, this paper takes economic situation of hebei province as research object between 2004 and 2008. After standardizing the indexes by the fuzzy mathematics and weighting the indexes by Entropy-revised G1, the economic evaluation model is established. So we can gain the score of each stratum, also the composite scores of system in each year. With the score, we analyze the economic development of hebei province and give the suggestion for economic development.Thirdly, it takes the 2008 s economic situation of 11 cities in hebei province as the research object. After standardizing and weighting the indexes, this paper establishes the evaluation model through taking different inferior constrain in turn, and finds the key factors that reflect the economic development of different cities. According to the difference of the result of evaluation between inferior constrain and un-inferior constrain, we find out the key indexes that reflect the result of evaluation. It reveals the key factors that reflect the economic development of different cities, and provide necessary conditions to draw up and carry out the policy and suggestion.
