Study On The Visitors Management Of Tourism Area In A Harmonious Perspective Of China

As the demand, visitors are the main objective served by tourism area, their activities in the area will produce different influence. In order to maintain the normal operation of tourism area, protect resources , reduce the conflict between tourists and local residents, and remain the area image better, the effective management of visitor will become important part of tourism area management.With the development of the tourist industry matures, the main job of tourism area focus on day-to-day management instead of large-scale development and construction. As the important component of tourism area management, visitor management is an important way of improving the quality of tourism experience, training qualified visitors and shaping high-quality tourist destination, also the main indicator of measuring the level of area management. So how to strengthen the building of visitor management will be the key factor of the tourism area future. Fourth Plenum of the 16th of "building a socialist harmonious society" not only point out the direction for the future development of China, but also give new ideas for the development of all industry, tourism industry is such a case.This paper is the management of visitors in a harmonious perspective, mainly including six parts: First of all, a brief explanation on China' s "harmony" idea, including "harmony" slogan proposed, definition , as well as feature etc. Secondly, through looking for the academic journals, understand the development of visitor management. Fourthly, mainly analyzing' from visitor management objective, principles and elements to build harmonious visitor management mode, which is the focus and innovation of whole article. At last, the writer use the mode through one example and sum up the results.
