Therefore, there is a very important significance to research on how to reduce the venture effectively so as to decrease the personal casualty accidents on manipulation locale, for promoting the development of electrical enterprise, advocating people-oriented and life-cared safety management idea, as well as facilitating the harmonious society construction.Based on the analysis on plentiful accident cases by utilizing the theory of venture management, this paper focuses on the deep research upon several most concentrated accident types like electric shock, falling, misoperation, object hit and mechanical damage among the personal accidents and person-responsible accidents in power supply system, analyzes and identifies the possible venture factors in each link of safety production procedure within Anhui power supply enterprises including electricity transmission, transforming and switching with the fault tree analysis, classifies and summarizes the potential ventures on production locale. Thus, "The Manual of Venture Identification and Prevention for the Production Safety of Anhui Power Supply Enterprises" is constructed and discussion on its applications has been made.
