| In recent years, air-conditioning refrigeration industry sales continue to increase, this industry shows a strong development momentum. Good industry form attracts the injection of funds, a large number of enterprises has began to set foot in the field, which bring fierce competition also. In the context of high profits, enterprises are facing more pressure brought by competition. Therefore, in the process of enterprise production operation does not allow errors. It need as much as possible to reduce the risk in the process of production and operation. In this thesis, the definition, characteristics, nature of operational risk in enterprise production and risk management of the production and operation process are discussed. And with the York Co production operation process as the background, through the analysis of the company’s production and operation process, this thesis completed of the whole process of risk identification, risk assessment, risk prevention and risk control.First of all, brainstorming is used to identify 8 risk factors of the project, respectively, economic risk, logistic risk, product shortages or backlogs risk, human resource risk, security risk, quality risk, the management risk and the supplier risk.Secondly, in order to quantitatively assess risk, this thesis ranked the risk using expert scoring method, and determined the Borda sequence of each factor value, thus constructs the judgment matrix. By numerical computation of judgement matrix, we can get the weight of each risk. Then,through comparison of each risk weight values, we obtained the highest risk level risk, namely the security risk. It shows that security risk is the risk which can greatest impact on enterprise benign in the enterprise production operation process.According to the risk assessment results,security risk which is the highest rated is focused. Then we found security risks inducement by fault tree, and formulated detailed measures. After controlling the higher level risk, the risk of the enterprise production and operation process is reduced, then controled the other risk. Through this can guarantee the enterprise, by the premise of not affecting the normal production, put the coefficient of risk to a minimum.The company’s production and operation is a process that has a long cycle, complicated structure and a large connection. So it requires risk management is a continuous, ad infinitum and dynamic process. Therefore, it needs the continuous monitoring on process of enterprise production. In the monitoring process, it took the method of risk graph method, checking inspection method and the regular project evaluating method. This thesis focused on the changing risk during monitoring, and took real-time and effective analysis, then established the corresponding feedback mechanism, nipped the potential risks in the bud, so as to guarantee the smooth implementation of York Co’s production operation management. |
