Research On Credit Evaluation System Of Mid-Small Scale Science And Technology Enterprises

This thesis considers the dual characteristics of mid-small scale science and technology enterprise, and establishs a reasonable Credit Evaluation System of well-established feature for the mid-small scale science and technology enterprises. On one hand, through the work of credit rating services, national laws and government oversight, the evaluation results can be provided to the enterprise suppliers, investors, bank loans, customers, management, and the other main subjects which are closed to the mid-small scale science and technology enterprises. It can help companies external demonstrate their operational conditions, operating level and the internal specific situations, such as the environment, and raise the social awareness of the extent of the enterprises, expand business opportunities for trade, and reduce business costs of financing. On the other hand, when banking and capital market investors are lending and investing, they can accurately analyse and control risks in accordance with the results of the evaluation. At the same time, the management would be allowed more in-depth understanding and grasp of mid-small scale science and technology enterprises credit, it can targeted support enterprises to develop, and achieve the optimal distribution of resources and promote the mid-small scale science and technology enterprises to flourish.The thesis uses of experts to determine the corresponding indicator system at first, and then apply correlation analysis of indicators screen to delete a strong correlation of indicators to get the final target system. At last, the fuzzy integrarive evaluation model is applied to empirical study for evaluating credit rating of the mid-small scale science and technology enterprises. In the index weight configuration, the thesis will take combining method of AHP and expert analysis.
