A Study On Green Technology Innovation Of The Enterprise Based On Circular Economy

The conflicts among economic development,environment protection and resource shortage are getting sever.People realize gradually the enormous negative effect of traditional economic development model.Aiming at the sustainable development, the concept of circular economy has been proposed, and practiced in some areas.The circular economy has three principles, e.g. reduce, reuse and recycle. The three principles are the core of the circular economy. The principle of reduction focuses on the input, aiming at reducing the consumption of the material and energy flows in the production process. The principle of reuse belongs to the process methods. Its purpose is to extend the using time period of products.The principle of recycle is an output method. It can transfer the waste into resources once again, so the ultimate volume of waste can be reduced. We usually call this process as the waste recycling and the comprehensive utilization. The realization of the three principles depends on the science and technology development, while the green technology innovation provides the technical support. As the main force of green technology innovation, enterprises have a huge responsibility in circular economy development.China's reform and opening up has been more than 20 years, and industrialization goes fast. But the degree of emphasis on the environment has not followed. Fundamentally speaking, green technology Innovation in enterprises has some obstacles and difficulties, due to policies, funds and technology. Because of the economic externality of green technology innovation, and looking at short-term profits, the enterprises still use the traditional technology innovation, which makes circular economy developing slowly.Refering to the status of the enterprise's green technology innovation, the paper makes a systemic summary on the green technology, its basic conception, and analyzes the difference between the green technology and the traditional technology. Then, based on the evaluation system of green technology innovation, this paper analyzes the movation mechanism and key factors impacting on green technology innovation in the enterprises. Based on plantform of green technology innovation, the external environment of enterprises was analyzed. At last, this paper combines the two parts of analysis and states that the enterprises as the main body of green technology innovation must establish internal drive mechanism, improve the ability of green technology innovation. Meanwhile the government should put their efforts to build plantform of green technology innovation for the enterprises.
