The Research Of Green Trading Barrier And Green Technology Innovation

In 2007,based on the vice prime minister,Mr.Zen Peiyan' s comment,the ratio of dependence on foreign trade of China was 66.2%.In the meantime,some scholars believe that actually it was 108%.This fact means China had already became the most influenced country of foreign trade in the world.It is also means that the developing level of China' s foreign trade would bring a tremendous impact towards China' s economics development.However,the foreign trade of China has been restricted by the Green trade barrier of the western countries.This fact demand that we should conduct research embedded in the future to understand the positive and negative impacts which are brought by the Green trade barrier in order to find the solution of curbing this problem.Based on the opinion of this article,we can get the conclusion that the radical solutions of tackling those negative impacts brought by the green trade barrier should be improving the green technology and developing the green innovation.We should commit the reasonable compositions of the green trade barrier.For holding this opinion, this article talks about the core concept of the Green trade barrier,the characteristics of Green trade barrier and category of green trade barrier,and it also discuss the method and the strategy of issuing green innovation.Moreover,it provides suggestions for developing green technology,which means that we should implement the scientific thought of development,take constructing ecological civilization as our ultimate goals, abandon the traditional thought of technology,and build the thought of green technology which combined the environmental ration and mechanical ration; furthermore,it suggest that we should enhance the social environment of innovating the green technology,raise the awareness towards the social responsibility and environmental responsibility of corporations in order to make the corporations implement the green technology and issuing green innovation voluntarily.We could break the green trade barrier by increasing the investment to green innovation and optimizing the ability of green innovation.The purpose of this research is to try to find some possible solutions for breaking the Green trade barrier.
