Studies On Rescource Operation System Of Bussines Group

As an important form of modern economic organization, business group is prevail over all business fields and plays an eminent role in economic activities with 20 years development in China. However, affected by the traditional planned economics, Chinese business group has some problems existing in system of establishment, expansion and internal management which needs to be improved. All these problems prevent business group to exploit its advantages fully and effeictly.Experts and scholars both at home and abroad has done extensive research on formation, development and adjustment etc.of businss group from different aspects as well as by applying professional knowledge of vavious subjects and methods. A lot of fruitful achievements have been made. According to previous research on business group, this thesis tries to take the State Grid Corporation of China as an exemple for case study. Based on business practice of enterprise and by synthetical applying diversified theories and methods in subjects of economics, sociology, management, this paper also tries to disscuss a comparative mature business group system, how to optimize internal and outside resources to strengthen business group. It also tries to put forward an operaional mechanism to increase comprehensive competitive edge for business group.This mechanism is to anlyse the feasibility, standliaztion and effectivity of coordinative sharing of elemental rescources, then to anlyse operational situation of domestic and abroad enterprise in the three aspects and made a conlusion on how to improve rescource operation system of business group for large-scacle enterprise such as the State Grid Corporation of China. The mechanism seeks basic stable of enterprise's whloe strcture and has practical value for businsse group to apply in rescource operation and to increase its capability in competition.This mechanism tries to put forward both theortical grounds and specific operation methods for steady development,stimulating potential power and improving coordinative management for Chinese businsess group.
