| Green car is one of the hot issues in recent years,in response to the growing energy tension and environmental pollution,China has already accelerated the development of green car as a national strategy and to promote its industrialization.The development of green car not only can effectively alleviate the pressure of the energy and the environment,but also promote the sustainable development of the car industry.Considering the end user's short board,vigorously develop the green car rental service industry has become an important means for government to promote the green car.At present,a large number of enterprises are actively engaged in this industry and cooperate with the government.For example,Global Car Sharing EVCARD's electric car rental hotspot,Gofun which is the internet rental platform created by SHOU QI Group and Zhejiang Province Left Middle Right Electric Car Company launched the "micro bus" project and so on.Therefore,this article is mainly researching on the green car rental two-echelon system constituted by green car rental companies and the governme nt,and the three-echelon system constituted by green car manufacturers,rental companies and the government from the perspective of supply chain.Regarding the green car manufacturers,rental companies and the government as an individual members inside of the system,and based on the theory of supply chain contract coordination,in order to achieve optimum system benefits and win-win situation,the coordination mechanism is raised and the rental car's configuration and rental price are optimized.In this paper,the research can enrich the car rental operation management and the theory of government policy management system from the perspective of theory,and also can provide theoretical basis and reference of decision-making and cooperation for green car manufacturers,rental companies and government from the perspective of practice.In the content of the article,the optimal decision and system coordination problems of rental car's configuration and the rental price is studied based on the green car rental secondary system constitute d by green car rental companies and the government when the green car rental market demand is affected by the rental price.For this purpose,decentralized decision model,centralized decision model and revenue sharing two-part tariff combined contract model are established respectively.It is concluded from the research that the decentralized decision model cannot coordinate the green car rental system,and the combined contract model can achieve the system coordination,arbitrary allocation of system benefit and Pareto improvement.Finally,the reliability and validity of the above model are verified by numerical analysis.In addition,Considering the situation of green car rental market demand is affected by the rental price,the optimal decision and system coordination problems of rental car's configuration and the rental price is also studied based on three-echelon system constituted by green car manufacturers,rental companies and the government.Therefore,decentralized decision model,centralized decision model and costs and revenue sharing two-part tariff combined contract model are established respectively.It is concluded that the decentralized decision making model can't implement the system coordination.However,this combined contract can achieve the system coordination,the system benefits can be arbitrary allocat ed among manufacturers,rental companies and government when the contract parameters determination within a certain range and achieve the Pareto improvement.Finally,the reliability and validity of the model are verified by numerical analysis.Finally,the above research contents and results can provide the suggestions for the cooperation among all the members in the green car rental market mode and the future research directions and contents will be looking forward. |
