In the era of highly competitive global knowledge economy, the intensification of technological change is becoming more and more popular, therefore, the research on the team-unit has become scholar’cosncerning. At present, the research on team effectiveness, including team performance, team innovation and team effectiveness. In order to broaden the research on the team, this paper puts forward a double coordination mechanism, which is based on the theory of knowledge sharing and team innovation.Firstly, The paper defines these concepts, and then examines how knowledge sharing plays a role in how to promote team innovation in different ways, and how to play a different role in the relationship between knowledge sharing and team innovation. In order to verify the hypothesis, this paper constructs an intermediary effect model of dual coordination mechanism. Data obtained through questionnaires, using structural equation modeling confirmatory factor analysis, and dual regulation mechanism of coordination significantly the path analysis, and then by adjusting the variable gain knowledge sharing innovation impact on the team results. This paper mainly includes four aspects:The first, the relationship between knowledge sharing and team innovation. The second, the relationship between knowledge sharing and dual coordination mechanism. The third, the.relationship between dual coordination mechanism and team innovation. The forth,Regulation of dual coordination mechanism for knowledge sharing and team. Innovation. It is found that knowledge sharing is positively related to team innovation. Knowledge sharing is positively related to the dual coordination mechanism. The dual coordination mechanism plays a significant role in knowledge sharing and team innovation. At last, the research conclusion and its theoretical contribution are discussed, and the specific measures and suggestions are put forward how to improve the innovation ability of the team, pointting the limitations of research and proposing directions of the research in the future.
