Research On Differential Electricity Price Policies Based On System Dynamics Model

Differential electricity price policy, as a crucial measure for our government uses price as lever to control economy, on one hand, it is favorable for restraining blind investment of high energy-consuming enterprises, promoting energy saving and reduction, advancing industry technology and achieving resources optimization; on the other hand, in the process of policy making and executing, some problems have been arisen.This paper mainly researches differential electricity price from two aspects. Firstly, combing the theory of resources and environment's externalities with Ramsey pricing model, this paper has put forward a theory foundation of differential electricity price policy. Secondly, taking an electrolytic aluminum corporation as example, this paper has established system dynamics simulation model, using this model, it has simulated and analyzed the enterprises' market behaviors under differential electricity price policy. At last, according to the analysis outcome some conclusions and suggestions have been proposed.
