Performance management in the private enterprise has always drawn the attention of experts and colleagues, but there are still many problems in practice. Basing on the research and application of department performance management in the private enterprise, the paper conducts in-depth study on the key issue of performance assessment in the privately-run enterprises.Firstly, the paper gives analysis to the performance management status of the privately-run enterprises. Basing on conducting comparison research to the present achievements inspection means in the foundation, the paper innovatively proposed the establishment of private enterprises,"three-dimensional model of performance management"and"two-dimensional performance indicators matrix"against the difficult issues such as the difficulty in the Extraction of indicators for performance evaluation or the implementation of the performance management. Then, the three-dimensional achievements management system which contains"from the top downward"achievements hauling,"from bottom to top"achievements promotion as well as"crosswise penetration"achievements control basing on enterprise strategy, responsibility, flow is established.At this point, the empirical analysis is taken to construct the"two-dimensional performance indicators matrix"making use of factor analysis, and which has manifested the application value fully.
