The Design Of Performance Measurement Indices System Of Value Creation Process Based Performance Excellece

Zhang Jiakou Coal Mine Machinery Co.,Ltd is currently one of the largest manufacturers which collect product development, design, manufacturing, sales and services into a coal mine machinery and equipment for manufacturing. However, there are the certain problems in the existing models and indicators of performance measurement systems. In this paper, it requires the whole value creation process of the enterprises with excellent performance criteria and designs indices system of performance measurement. There are 5 Parts in this article. The basic thread of thought starts with research background, the status quo goal, content and research methods in Part 1. Taking a close insight into basic theories including indices system of performance measurement, excellent performance model and value chain in Part 2. Chapter 3 focuses on the business environment and the existing performance evaluation system, and sums up the shortfall. Chapter 4 Recognizes enterprise value chain, designs indices system of performance measurement in the process above and introduces the tools and methodologies possibly used in the course of implementing. Finally, I conclude the conclusion and the limitation of this article in Part 5.
