Chinese corporations are going through an thorough innovation that they have to face the challenges of domestic great economical changes and the international competition. The corporations must keep the persistent energy through innovation. However, the implement of innovation depends on leaders.Leadership theory has taken more attention as a new hotspot of research on leader. It emphasizes whether the leaders have great competence, provide value and vision for subordinates, and improve the subordinates'enthusiasm and imputes, in order to fit for outer circumstances and carry out the vision. Leadership is the core completion for the organize facing the future, which provides another view for the study of leader theory. It is explained from leaders'ethic, organizes'culture and socials'culture. But the study objects of this advanced management theory are foreign corporations, and there is little about this in domestic study. The reason for this is that the application of foreign leadership theory lack of the case study based on domestic corporations.Based on leadership theory, this dissertation constructs the Chinese company leadership model which from the entrepreneurial period of SHY corporation. Also, it applied case study. The contributions of this dissertation are as follows:First, in the theory study, this dissertation constructs the leadership model of SHY corporation in entrepreneurial period. This model has three Chinese characteristics: vision leader, culture coherence, harmonious coexistence. We discuss the relationship between leadership and culture, indicates that the leadership of Chinese company has particular characteristics and the organizational culture extract from Chinese classical culture.Second, this research adopts a standard case study. The interviewing data and the historical data are analyzed by qualitative research method. The process of this study is described in detail which can be used by other researcher.
