The content involved of claim for construction stage of the project is very extensive, it is systemic project extremely. We should set out from the view of theory of the system, and put claim management into big system of the whole project management.Analysing the relationship between claim and project management from management of the contract, planned management , cost management, documents management etc. , can help the contractor to understand and manage the claim in terms of system engineer ing. The main purpose of analysing, managing the claim and putting forward the effective complaint is compensating for obtaining claim, avoiding unnecessary losses, protecting rights and interests.So the claim which is the most important thing in the stage of construction, means a lot to the contractor.The success or not, concerns on contractor's economic benefits directly.At international contract market, to most of the project, owner can select and take a certain standard contract terms as a sample, and sign the contract on this basis.So, international practice and standard contract terms which is selected for use are all basis and foundation that contractors carry on the claim. The dissertation has analysed the chance of the opptunity identifies, the risk of contract claim on the basis of FIDIC contract condition, and adapt AHP to identify the probability of success and apply uneven quotation law to caculate the sum of claim.What the dissertation research mainly provide a certain reasonale counsel in construction claims for contractor, and offer some methods and suggestions on how to raise the probability of success and how to bid the claim sum.
