With the increase of equipment complexity and the development of automation, the proportion of maintenance cost has increased greatly. Improper maintenance would result in magnitude economic losses; therefore, selecting the appropriate maintenance policy and an evaluation to maintenance management implementation effectiveness is the key of achieving efficient maintenance management. Maintenance management is a complex system, adopting a multi-objective decision-making method resolve the problems of maintenance management processes, it has become the important methods in modern maintenance management.The paper researches the methods of maintenance policy selecting, the evaluation of maintenance management implementation effectiveness basing on the investigation of the domestic and overseas industrial maintenance management, in view of the problems that exist in practice, we use multi-objective decision-making methods, and set up models to solve the problem. The following are the main contents and creative points of this paper.Firstly, research on the method of maintenance policy based on fuzzy multi-attribute group decision-making. In the current maintenance management research, while the goal of the maintenance decision-making is mostly based on the optimal cost, it can not meet the actual requirements; in the other side research on maintenance policy selecting based on individual decision makers the in the past, and it neglects that it has a number of decision-makers in the actual maintenance selection process. On this basis, this paper analyses the selection process, and establishes the maintenance policy selection model based on fuzzy multi-attribute group decision making, then combine with the case, validate it.Secondly, the paper establishes the comprehensive evaluation system of maintenance management implementation effectiveness. This paper constructs the comprehensive evaluation index system, and applies fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process; it establishes the comprehensive evaluation model. Finally, take enterprise X as an example, and then demonstrate it.
