Due to the limitation of personal knowledge,decision-making often requires multi-opinions.Although there are no experts from all walks of life in the decision-making of individuals in daily life,it is usually necessary to adopt multi-party suggestions.Group Multiple Attribute Decision Making(GMADM)is a decision-making problem closely related to real life.It solves the decision-making problem which has multiple attributes and can be solved by multiple people with limited schemes.Owing to the vague nature of the objective world,a specific value cannot be used in the expression of attributes. In order to ensure the continuity of fuzzy attribute values and the integrity of information, this paper uses intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy numbers to express attribute values.Aiming at the problem of group multi-attribute expressed by trapezoidal fuzzy numbers, this paper mainly studies the following aspects:(1)The attribute values represented by intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy numbers are simplified by continuous interval ordered weighted averaging operator(COWA)and intuitionistic fuzzy trapezoidal ordered weighted averaging operator(CITOWA)to make them intuitionistic fuzzy numbers.(2)A new aggregation operator, intuitionistic fuzzy power hybrid averaging operator(IFMHA),is proposed for simplified attribute values. In order to make up for the shortcomings of previous ensemble operators.(3)The traditional scoring function is further improved to make it more realistic and more reasonable in theory.(4)For the estimation of attribute weights in intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy group multi-attribute decision making problems with unknown weights, the corresponding experts and attribute weights are obtained by using the concept of similarity and the method of operational research linear programming.
