Package Evaluation And Application Of Key Technologies

Along with consumers'demands to products package higher and higher, Competition in the design of product package has become increasingly fierce. The judgement to different package of the same kind products will be very difficult. In order to obtain accurate identification information, which would be reference to designers and decision-makers, therefore, we need to use a scientific approach to do the evaluation analysis for product package.Package Evaluation belongs to multi-attribute comprehensive evaluation.Multi-attribute comprehensive evaluation includes three key technologies. Namely, the establishment of evaluation index system; the determination of attribute index weight; the choice of evaluation method. In this paper, the three key technologies and its application in the process of package evaluation are investigated, detailed contents are as follows:(1) Put forward the related group approach based on the shortcomings of already existed package evaluation index system.This method could reduce index that is omitted,and the drawbacks of fuzzy concept.(2) Study the differeces of the methods AHP,scatter-degree in weight information objectivity.Provide the combination weighting model and propose a method to solve the model by using Matlab 6.5. Show the shortcomings of the first two methods by using practical examples, and verify the feasibility of combination weighting.(3) Study the method of lexicographic order,the adding priority average and the TOPSIS, use practical examples to show the limitations in use of the lexicographic method, and analyze the difference of the latter two in the sort stability. After analyzing the characteristics of ideal point method. put forward the method of information extraction based on TOPSIS data curve, We can offer a reliable reference for the created design of package by analyzing the method. (4) Use the Tetra Pak pillow package of milk as the evaluation object,During the process of evaluation, apply related group method to construct Evaluation Index System, use the method of combination weighting in the determination of weightness, and deal with the data for information extraction by using the TOPSIS method.Finally, we get the evaluation conclusion.
