Paper's aiming at the phenomenon of product delivery delay in production management in SPARK Machine Tool Co. Ltd.Analyzing enterprise's for present production situation, establishes the existing production management system model. I conducted an investigation in relative employees at mode of questionnaire by collecting data of the more common problems. This article analyzes the reason of product delivery delay in SPARK Machine Tool Co. Ltd and draws a conclusion that production planning, management ability and spot control are the key problems. With MRP II /ERP, JIT and the TOC theory to optimize the existing production management system, establishes the new production management system model in Tianshui SPARK Machine Tool Co. Ltd., uses the new production management system to propose the solution: With pulls -like plan control method to resolve production plan problem, with the restraint management way to resolve ability problem. According to the order to solve the spot control problem, propose safeguard measure for the production management system optimization, uses the ERP to resolve supply chain management problem, uses modulation to resolve product design period problem, safeguard normal operation of production management system.Because the Tianshui SPARK Machine Tool Co., Ltd is order-promoted production enterprise, the small batch multi-variety manufacture, the disperse machine manufacturer, has certain typical nature, has the problem to its production management in to conduct the research, and solves the production actual problem using the advanced management theory, can provide certain model function for other enterprises.
