The author uses the strategy of "combining the part with the whole", taking the banks' products as the clue and on the whole dividing the topic into three parts to make a deep research, that is, the companies' financial products innovation, the individuals' products innovation and the other issues. At the same time, the discussions are made in the following three levels, the comparison among international banks, the comparison among the Chinese banks and the analysis on the current situations of the Bank of China.
