The Positive Study On The Level Of Industrialization In The Province Of Gansu

Industrialization is key to developing countries and lower-level regions. It is proved that to realize the change of structure from traditional agricultural society to modern industrial society and to information society is the matter of modernization by so many countries in the world, especially by so-called developing countries. In order to fulfill the plan of modernization, a country or a region must realize industrialization foremost.Our country didn't start the road of developing industry in a real way until the year of 1949 when The People's Republic of China came into existence and we had found general industrial system with a lower level in shorter period. Since the policy of reforming and opening carried into execution in the year of 1979, economy and industrialization has been developing in a higher-speed way in our country.Since reforming and opening, industrial economy and industrialization is getting faster and faster in the province of Gansu. But we can see, now the level of industrialization in the province of Gansu is lower, there are still many questions waiting to be solved. We have to understand two things properly in order to solve those questions. One is what kind of phase Gansu is in now, the other is what the main factors those are important for the development of industrialization in Gansu is. By the way, now the studies on the level of industrial development in Gansu are not enough and most are in a simple or subjective way.The analysis about the level of industrial development in Gansu in this paper is based on a positive view, especially in the way of industrial phase and industrial competitive force. It is showed that: now Gansu is in the period of transformation from the anaphase of industrial initial stages to the early age of industrial metaphase, economic scale is the first impetus for exalting industrial competitive force in Gansu, economic benefit have a lower influence on it, the influence embodied by human resource, science and technology ,environment is limited.
