A New Perspective To Break Contradictions Between Regional Economic Integration And Administrative Regional Economy

For a very long time, the idea of Compound Administration plays a very important role in solving contradictions between Regional Economic Integration (REI) and the Administrative Regional Economy (ARE). But it has so much Perplexity in theory or in practice that it can't break the contradictions. The author first introduces a Concept about Compound Governance, and then through establishing the theoretical framework and analyzing the effect of this theory in solving such contradictions, they confirm that Compound Governance can break the contradictions.The whole paper was divided into ten Sections.In chapter1, the author describes the background, research meaning, logical starting point& logical process, research techniques, and the expected framework of this paper.In chapter2, based on recalling the relative study results on ARE, such as phenomenon, characteristics, and definition, the author prove the mathematical cause of ARE'S origin and deterioration using a special technique, which combines Game theories with functions of achievement, returns, and cost of governmental behavior.In chapter3, the author first analyzes inevitability of REI in a theoretical and realistic view, then he describes the expressions and stages of contradictions between REI and ARE, at last, the author point out the reason of the contradictions by means of welfare analysis.In chapter4, the author comments on the traditional thinking in solving such contradictions, based on which, he also argues the theoretical and practical defects in the issue of Compound Administration.In chapter5, the author firstly introduces a Concept about Compound Governance and establishes the Theoretical Framework.In chapter6, through relative Panel Data Analysis, the author confirms that governmental investing and consuming is no good for economy development. Then based on it, he points out the starting point of Compound Governance. In chapter7, the author explains the logic in establishing the theoretical framework of Compound Governance. At the same time, he deals with some details in theory establishing.In chapter8, the author analyses the effects of Compound Governance in solving such contradictions between REI and ARE. Then In chapter9, he proves the effects of Compound Governance in a mathematical perspective. Finally, in chapter10, the author points out the further research direction.
