It also researches and empolders the components.Those years, it faced a serious situation in which the output is much more than need, because there are too much craft brothers increased in the market and more foreign companies entered in the huge market china, so the competition has become more serious. Facing the complicated market surroundings and various competitors, the company met some new problems and ideas in selling. Its organization and persons' qualities have been unsuitable for the economical situation now. Along with the developing of the corporation, the gap between inner and out has become bigger and bigger. The potential risks and problems would break out any time. Nowadays, how to master the opportunities of market and adjust the strategy of selling has been the most urgent for such companies according to market' demand and competition's framework.The article summarized the state of competition, situation of developments, characters, and challenges about low-tension components inner and outer. It analyzed the shortages existed in the company and it also researched the advantages and disadvantages of the company in the means of SWOT. It readjusts and reassigns the company' selling strategy by analyzing the competitors domestic and broad used the selling theory related with it, including the basic conditions of the company itself. According to the theory, the following strategies were put forward: the satisfaction of customers' strategy, products strategy, price strategy, channel strategy, and sales promotion sales strategy. It offers the measures how to fulfill these strategies. Not only can it help the company improve its benefit of selling, but it has a general meaning for the use for reference to the selling and running actives of both its competitors and those companies related.
