| Public housing (also known as guaranteed housing) is the setting of the price of China's housing system, the key to the current process of industrialization and urbanization emerged in the focus of social problems. Public housing prices are reasonable and directly related to public housing policy could smooth implementation of the impact on local economic development and social stability. In this paper, through the theory of price controls were reviewed and compared to a comprehensive analysis of public housing lay a foundation for price control, then our system of public housing background and the need for price controls, and learn from some developed countries in the pricing of public housing policy on the basis that some of our public housing price develop useful enlightenment. This paper further by emphasizing the social public housing properties and attributes of commodity dual function, pointed out that China's public housing rent prices should include low-cost reserves and economy housing prices, and recommended that the price of economy housing to practice two different pricing methods. And the introduction of "integrated public housing price control model" for determining the prices of public housing based on the final proposal of this model should be relatively few measures. |
