With the rapid development of economy globalization and trade liberalization, China's industry adjusts itself to the process. It brings about a series of questions, which are worth of pondering on. What impacts do trade liberalization make on internal industry distribution? By which channels and what is the trend? In the process of trade liberalization, what differences and similarities between China and other countries in aspect of the adjustment of internal industry distribution.This paper is an empirical study of the influential factors of industry distribution and mainly focuses on trade liberalization. The paper analyzes the factors by New Economic Geography in the background of global economy, with an effort to answer the above questions.This paper is divided into six parts. (1) Introduction: put forward the background and meaning of the research and narrate its content, new ideas and possibly difficulties. (2) Literature Review: retrospect domestic and foreign related literatures and make comments on in. (3) Related theory of industry distribution: including New Economic Geography, location theory, Marshall externals and industry grad transfer theory. (4) Current Facts: set forth current situation of China's trade liberalization and industry distribution. (5) Empirical Study: according to China's situation and use existing model, I pick up eight independent variables which affect industry distribution, namely, labor increase, domestic market potential, relative wage, industry diversity, intra-industry agglomeration, scale economy and foreign market. (6) Conclusion and policy: draw a conclusion and put forward policies according to the results of empirical study.
