Research On The Infliuence Mechanism Of Trade Liberalization On Innovation

The prosperity of international trade has brought about the mutual impact of different cultures and ideologies,and the frequent fluctuations of trade have had a profound impact on economic subjects.At the same time,the increasing emphasis on innovation has made the country's innovation construction extremely urgent.Based on the research of trade liberalization,this paper constructs analytical indicators through theoretical mechanism research and model design,and conducts empirical analysis on trade liberalization and innovation development.Firstly,Based on the study of international trade theory and the concept of "innovation" and related theories,redefining the concepts of trade liberalization and industry innovation under the relevant theoretical background:the trade liberalization is divided into two parts:technology spillover effect and cost reduction effect.Comprehensive evaluation of input,output and environmental support as a definition of industry innovation.Secondly,quantify the indicators based on new concepts of trade liberalization and industry innovation.The technology spillover effect is quantified by the industry tariff rate index,and the cost reduction effect is quantified by the industrial economic performance index.At the same time,the innovation capability evaluation index system is constructed to comprehensively quantify the industry innovation capability.Finally,in the context of theoretical research,empirical analysis is carried out from three aspects: simple regression analysis,international trade effect analysis and economic effect analysis of “learning by doing”.The results show that the economic component has a promoting or inhibiting effect on innovation development;the technology spillover brought by trade liberalization has a lagging effect on the promotion of technological innovation;the technological progress in the production activities revealed by the “dry middle school”economic theory has a positive effect on the improvement of the technical level.By studying the theoretical knowledge system of trade liberalization and innovation,the effects of trade activities on innovation construction are explained,and the main ways of technological progress are revealed.Through the establishment of an innovation evaluation system and quantitative rules for trade liberalization,innovation indicators,technology spillover indicators,and cost reduction indicators were obtained,which comprehensively reflected the state of innovation construction and trade development.In the end,comprehensive empirical analysis found that trade liberalization's impact on innovation development through technology spillovers and cost reductions,and the promotion of innovation development through the economic effect of “learning by doing”.
