The Research On Financial Ecosystem And Regional Economical Disparities

Financial ecology is a new concept amplified on nature ecology.It provides a new method to solve China's financial problem and a new angle of view to discuss the relation between finance and economy. Therefore,the research on financial ecology has the significant value on the theoretical and practical field.Then,what is financial ecology? How about the relation between China's financial ecosystem and regional economy? What's the difference between China's region financial ecosystems? What creates this difference? How to realize the financial ecological equilibrium in order to obtain the positive cycle between finance and economy? These answers are the mainly logic connection of this paper.And the contents are as follows:Firstly,we define the financial ecology.When we use the ecology methods to analyze financial problem,we could find that finance is a living organizational activity with many ecological features and has many characters of nature system.But different from nature ecology,human being is the core of the financial ecology system.So the financial ecology system has its own special particularity.Based on the above point,we define the financial ecology as follows:the financial ecology is a dynamic balanced system where sections of the financial system and the external environments could affect each other,where sections of the financial system include money provider,money demander,financial intermediaries and other service organizations;the external environments include economical environment,legal environment,credit environment and political environment.Secondly,we prove the correlation between financial ecosystem and regional economy from the theory and data analysis.We review the theoretical literature about the relation between finance development and economic growth,Pointing out the direct rationale of financial ecology. Subsequently,we analysis economic statistical data on finance development and economic growth from 1990 to 2005 in Zhejiang, Guangdong,Shanxi,Hubei,Shanxi,Sichuan Province,draw a conclusion that it has an obvious interrelation between financial ecosystem and economic growth.Thirdly,we compare financial ecosystems of Zhejiang and Sichuan province form financial ecological environment and sections of the financial system,and drew a conclusion that financial ecosystem of Zhejiang Province is better than Sichuan's.We compare financial ecological environment of the two province from the following four aspects:about economical environment,we compare the growth of per capita GDP as well as the industrial structure by SS-Analysis;about legal environment,we emphasize on the different behavior of regional government;about credit environment,we start with social credit culture and social credit system;about political environment,we begin with China's fiscal decentralization and financial reform.Then we do quantitative analysis from the following aspects:the financial property condition,the financial marketability degree,the ratio of saving and loan,the financial management condition.Finally,we give several pieces of suggestion about financial ecological environment of Sichuan Province.And the contents are as follows:the adjustment of industrial structure,the construction of social credit system,the completion of legal system,the display of government's leading role,and more sections of the financial system.
